The fee is $225 per 50-minute session (45-minute session for children under 5 years). I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, which will depend on both availability and need. These slots are reserved for people who would not otherwise be able to afford therapy without a lower fee. Please inquire about availability if you need a reduced fee.
Psychotherapy sessions generally last for 45-50 minutes; however, longer sessions are available depending on your desire and need.
The length of therapy depends on you and your goals and ranges on a spectrum from a few sessions to long-term psychotherapy. If instead you are seeking on-going support or to achieve long-term goals which shift deep-seated fears and patterns, we may work together for years. In general, you will choose how long you attend therapy.
