My fee is commensurate with psychotherapists in the San Francisco Bay Area. While I do not accept insurance, I provide a statement for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale openings for those who would not otherwise be able to afford therapy, though these are frequently filled. Please inquire about availability if you need a reduced fee.

The length of therapy depends on you and your goals and ranges on a spectrum from a few sessions to long-term psychotherapy. For example, if you are seeking parenting or clinical consultation, we may only meet a few times. If instead you are seeking on-going support or to achieve long-term goals which shift deep-seated fears and patterns, we may work together for years. In general, you will choose how long you attend therapy.
